I'm not sure if this has been addressed in one of the Sideshow 1/6 DC figure threads:
Does anything from the DCD 13" figures fit in scale with the Sideshow figures? I know that the Sideshow Supes has an oversized head so is it in scale with the DCD figures head sculpts? What about costumes, do the 13" fit onto the Sideshow 12" bodies?

Here is my Alex Ross Batman using the DC Direct Justice Batman costume and belt on a Sideshow Batman body.
The cape is from the 1st DC Direct Batman but it is only temporary until my cape from Tony arrives.
I did cut and tape the pant bottoms and and shirt cuffs so they wouldn't be bunched up.

Sideshow's Batman body is the best to use for customizing DCD parts since it is the largest.
If you need to shrink a costume, I know some people have put it in water and in the dryer. At your own risk though :)

Yes they will. You'll need to drill heads to fit 1/6 bodies. You may need to paint skin on some. DCD had a case of malaria. Next to sideshow only they will go together.

Never do that with spandex. Fibers melt. And you have a sticky costume. Just use hot water to wash them and let air dry on body. You'll need to cut ends on sleeves and ankles of costume since they are longer. Females DCD do look larger than sideshow. Especially batgirl

So much for using the classic catwomans costume then I guess, but gives me hope of using Bizarros head and hands!

it's just dcd costumes are longer due to being 13" figure with longer arms and legs. if you want a jim ballant catwoman costume i could make one for you. since dcd designed her not really removable since it's all one piece.
