Captain Rex!

Back when I saw the Clone Wars I was very underwhelmed by the whole thing but one thing I did like was the character of Captain Rex. I wondered what he'd look like if done in realistic form and so I went to Hurricane with the idea of the commission. I worked with him for the initial details but then he just ran with it and after four months of work he delivered this masterpiece. Received it today and its already one of my favorite pieces.

The only thing missing was the four yellow lines on each side of the helmet markings but my wife was determined to fix it. I wanted them to look uneven, spattered as if they had taken the kind of beating the rest of him had and I'm happy with her small addition:

That looks pretty awesome, the weathering is superb! Too bad about the magnet head post though, that severely limits the posing.
