Chat with Sideshow service rep gone?

I don't see the option on the new homepage anymore. Has that feature been removed or am I just not looking in the correct place?

Due to the busy holiday season, live chat is available for only a few hours each day. When available, you will find the option under the 'Your Stuff' section on the top of the site. If you need immediate assistance (and find live chat is not available) please do contact us during business hours (Mon - Fri from 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Pacific Time).

Please note:The Sideshow offices and warehouse will be closed on the following days December and Jan....

UPDATE

Apologies! In my last post I put down the incorrect location in which our Live Chat feature is found on our site when it's available for you to use. The option will appear on the right top portion of the site and will state 'Chat Live' when that feature is online. Here is a screenshot for reference on how it looks...

I am in chat right now and noone has responded in 7 minutes. Not even a greeting to say they will be right with me.

After being disconnected twice, I decided to just do it the old fashioned way. Called SSC, talked to Jennifer, she was awesome and helped me out, and issue resolved.
