Hey guys! Recently sold my mib, never opened Chewbacca PF and after that buyer send me pictures of broken Chewe's head.How do you think - he is scam or it's Sideshow's fault in QC? Thanks.

That is why it's never safe to keep your Sideshow items unopened. Considering the QC issue spree these days, it's safer to check them and get replacements if there are any damage on the item.

Unforntantly given SS track record I would say it's a QC issue. You can try sending that picture to SS to see if they will give you a replacement even though I'm sure it's past the 30 day warranty... Sometimes they can be cool about things like this...

It's not your fault, the buyer should be aware of a sealed statue, the risk it runs. It sucks but i don't think u should be held responsible

I sold it by money transfer not paypal for my luck. Sold for 300$ shipped.I decided to give him 50$(or more - depends on repair cost) for repairing, i think it may work.
