The color treatment the film received in post production made the suits seem to have a blue-gray tint to their true khaki color. Having seen some of the flightsuits in person at the New York and Washington Planet Hollywood restaurants a khaki or tan color flight suit would be very accurate.

Personally I have these flight suits and think they are fantastic looking. They are extremely well put together have accurate pockets and nearly in scale zippers. I give them the highest recommendations.

yes i actualy bought 2 of these flight suits awhile back but iwasnt sure if they would need changing in colour for a ghostbusters outfit? iwsnt sure if they were lighter than what the suits look in the movie

Depends on the lighting. I think those look more like the color of the GB2suits. The GB1 suits were more taupe with grayish hues.

yeah thats what i thought regarding the lighting issue, they are all guna look different in photos. i got 2 of these suits and wasnt sure whether to try colouring them or leave them.

the colour in the movie is not soo much different to these already, as usay the movie suits have a more slight tone of grey to em.

I have 4 of those suits that I still plan to dye a light green/blue grey to match the GB1 look of the suits. I'll let you know how it works out when I finally get around to it! :D

Yeah, I know...green?! I'm just going to try to find the CLOSEST colour I can. Basically the suits look like they're a light, light grey/taupe with a touch of powder blue or minty green, depending on the scene. Thus the 'green' I mention. Certainly not like 'forest green' or something! :lol

yeah the colour is a bit of a trouble as it does look different in stills and diff parts of the movie. im gunsa rewatch it soon and jst have a look. at least we can tell the difference between gb1 and 2 suits. the gb2 tan suits are really light tan aint they.

and yeah, dont go too green,,lol...like lime green or something ha

If you read up on GB fans, there are "recipes" on how to get the perfect GB dye. Its what I used on the figures I make and yours. However that jumpsuit itself blows dragons out of the water lol. IMO thats 110% worth it for a custom set.
