Commissioned head sculpt (3d)

Hi Everybody,

I have been asked to sculpt a head of an actor for commission. It would be 3d computer model. The company wants to sell it, so it is exclusive rights.
If you did that king of work, can you tell me how much can I ask for it?

and I have to add that it is together with color map, and pretty detailed.
Any tips how to calculate the price?

Was it not clear? I believe many people are sculpting heads for their own figurines and for sale... either doing it by hand or using 3d software and printing them using 3d printers. I am just asking for number how much can I charge a client for modeling a custom head.

It is not made yet. I am not asking how much would you pay, but how for much did you sold them to a company, and if you did not do it before, then you can not really give me the answer, can you?

In all seriousness, if you created a fake account because you're paranoid about them finding out who you are, they're probably reading this right now and can easily connect the dots to determine who you are.

I think you'd be better off pming some of the sculptors on here that do professional work and asking them what the going rates are.
