Wow. Just got my Aragorn. The hair that hangs over his face had been broken off and reglued on and there's a huge scratch on his forehead. I called them and the guy I spoke to said to call back tomorrow and ask for "Ryan" but that their return policy typically doesn't apply to "clearance" items. I'll keep you posted. Everyone else might want to hold off on pulling the trigger with them for the time being.

Good to know for future reference. I bought an endoskull from them which had that problem with the fault battery contacts. When I sent them an e-mail, they basically said I was SOL since it was the last one, and it worked when it was shipped.

It turns out I just had to play around with the batteries and the contacts a little to get the eyes to light up, but I still wasn't too impressed with the customer service.
