This looks like a return to previous form by Cronenberg, with sexual perversion, mutilation, and all kind of other ____ed up ____ going down.

I don't care what the actor has done previously, I'll try to evaluate this one based on its own merits. Cronenberg knows what he's doing, so I've got faith.

I actually thought Robert Pattison wasn't bad at all in Water for Elephants. Though I could be the only one

I have only ever seen him in Potter so I don't know either. All I do know is I love a History of Violence & Eastern Promises so I will definately be catching this.
