Been wanting to do a 1:6 ODST figure for awhile, but stopped from attempting it due to having problems with the helmet. But now that McFarlane has an helmet out I can try again at making one.

Here goes my first attempt with temp gear. The neck is kinda long here cause I was still trying to find a way to attack the helmet without having to mod it.

Tried to do a weapon pose here, but it was cut off. Atleast I found a decent Halo like Sniper Rifle.

Since then I have switched the clothing to a Triad Toys Hero suit, fits the body alot better. I am also now redoing the shin/arm guards so that they fit better, and the shin gear so that I can just attach it to the boot fronts. Decided to dremel out the helmet so that I could have a headsculpt underneath, some parts you can barely see light shining through. Was able to get a set of chest gear from a fellow OSW member, although I do have to mod it some to fit/look better

Didnt take full body pic since I dont have the lower half of the gear done just yet.

Well here goes an update, finished drilling and painting the gauntlets and shin guards. Got them all attached and ready to go. I think all I really need now is the thigh armor and crotch gear and I will be all set. I also need a pair of gloves, since the current hands belong to my Wesker fig.

Either way after I get the last parts on, I can begin with details such as straps and buckles. Thanks to Dophoro (from OSW) for helping with the chest and shoulder gear.

And here is the HS under the helmet.

mine is coming together as well. Im using the mcf helmet too. IS it me of is it a little small?

The helmet looks good as is, but to have it so a head fit on the inside....its a little small. The HS used is a bit on the smaller side though, so that ended up working out for me since it is the perfect size to fit.

added the last parts of armor. I wanna go back eventually and heat up the thigh parts to bend them to form better to the legs. Also swapped out to a baggier pair of pants, cause the boots looked weird with the skin tight outfit on him, cause there was a gap between the two.

All I need now is the buckles and straps, but as of right now he is pretty much complete.
