Custom 1/6 scale gargoyle display base

I've always wanted to get a custom display base for my hot Toys BvS/JL batman. Before I pull the trigger on purchasing a professional custom base like from IC customs for example, I thought I'd give it a shot and build one on my own. I've made a few display bases from foam for other figures which came out okay but this is the first time I've fabricated one out of wood and 1/6 scale plaster bricks. I'm definitely not a pro in this field but so far I'm enjoying the experience and learning new techniques and other little things(from trial and error). With that said, it's still a work in progress but I thought I'd share a few of pics with the community and fellow collectors.[emoji846]

Also, please feel free to provide feedback or suggestions on how I can improve this base. I know it isnt perfect and again this is my first attempt at this, but I'm always appreciative of feedback, positive or negative.

I added a pic with BvS batman on the base. Didnt have time to find a good pose but at least it should give an idea regarding the scale.

Thanks bud! Much appreciated[emoji482]. I just need to finish up the concrete textures and paint applications long with a few small touch ups and it should be finished. Oh yeah, the eyes and mouth of the gargoyle are translucent, so I'm also going to install an led bulb and see how well it illuminates.

Finished the display base, at least for now. Took me longer than expected to work on this thing but it's done and I'm happy with it.
