Figured i would post this here as well. Wanted to show the factory paint from Sideshow and the After.

Yeah i thought the same thing, just a tad off but still a great likeness. Though not 100% you can still tell who it suppose to be.

Obviously the repaint looks stupendous, but I think this was one of Sideshow's better factory paint jobs (way better than Mulder). Great job as always!

It still doesn't look horrible (especially considering it's age) but obviously the repaint is better.

Thanks fellas. Yeah the original wasnt horrible by any means. I wish i had taken a picture of the actual before paint on Scully it was a bit better then the one pictured above. What i dont get is why Sideshow didnt have Andy sculpt Mulder.

Yeah, and I never got why they gave us a new Scully sculpt with the Autopsy version but didn't feel the horirble Mulder was worthy of an update for the lame "Home" version

Josh this is really unreal. i always thought these heads sucked. I love X-Files. they area grail for me. I never once considered getting the sideshow ones until now. It really looks like Gilian and I never saw an ounce of likeness in the original. Bravo!

I think the other head (repainted) has a better likeness.

You saved me from having to post it. Im not sure which i like better. Its cool how just by having the hair back makes the sculpt look different in the face even though its the same exact one.

Fantastic repiant, although I agree the original sculpt looks just a bit better.
