Has anyone made any Deadwood customs? I believe that the characters would lend themselves very well to 1/6th.Currently, I have other purchases to worry about, but if anyone would like to turn this into an interest thread, feel free.

Great damn show. I don't recall seeing any customs, but there are lots of well known Olyphant characters now, so it wouldn't surprise me if someone tried to do a sculpt of him in some incarnation.

I'm just thinking of all the possibilities. Olyphant as Seth Bullock, Keith Carradine as Wild Bill, Calamity Jane, and, of course, Al Swearengen. With the appeal of the characters, as well as the uniqueness of the clothing, this seems like it'd be a no-brainer for Western fans and customizers.

I was just thinking about this the other day. I could really go for some 'generic' Western 1/6 scale stuff. I want a Kurt Russel lookin' Wyatt Earp type guy, long black duster coat, with wide brim black hat, black mustache. That tall, dark ominous gun-slinger type guy.

It's a shame HBO has never licensed any of its shows for figures.

Andy did this sculpt a few years ago. Not 1/6th, but still amazing.

Wow,that's really cool.I wonder if we'll be able to construct Al from the inevitable HT Blackbeard?Shave the beard off, reconstruct the rest of the chin/Jowls, re-sculpt the hair/moustache.

Who did he do that for? Sideshow? F'in amazing, man. Would love to have that shrunk and make a Sweringen. Him and Bullock I'd like to have.

I really liked Deadwood, apart from the historically inacurate foul language and the "Miltch-speak". But the fact that HBO cancelled it on a cliff-hanger really turned me off to anything related to it.

I need to bump this thread because Deadwood figures need to be made...just started watching season one the other day and I've been obsessed!!

We need to get ourselves some 1/6 Al Swearengen's and Seth Bullock's!

Hanouman did a headsculpt for me that's based on Sweringen.

Looks fantastic but no moustache or goatee? Does he shave it off in later seasons or something? I thought that was his signature look :lol

I felt that Ian McShane has such a great face that I had Hanouman use him as a point of reference for the sculpt. Next we'll do a moustache and beared version.
