Okay guys! I have spend the last day and a half freeze framing Season 5 Ep 12, recording the TV with my handheld camera, stabilizing the video on my Mac, and searching the internet looking at kitchen knives.

I am now 100% positive on a few things. I have found the Kill Tool Roll bag and 8 out of the 10 knives in the bag.

The Kill Tool Bag is a Messermeister 12-pocket knife roll- black. This bag was not used in Season 1. Season 1's bag was a brown roll up bag, last seen when Dexter kills Emmet Meridian. The Messermeister bag was used from seasons 2-5, the only difference being, season 2-3 where they used the top. For season 4 & 5 the top was cut off of the bag to keep the bag looking "open".

You can clearly see this in the end of season 5 Episode 12 when Dexter crashes at Camp Jordan. As he exits the car you can clearly see the blue line and a yellow word (that drove me f'n nuts to try to read). Thanks to Pitbull (therpf member) for pic.

That is the bag rolled up as like when Dexter leaves the crashed car.

Here is a screen cap of Season 2 Episode 12. When Lila is in her Jeep after finding Dexter at her house to kill her, she opens the kill tools up. You can see netting, zippers, and pockets.

Here is a pic of the Messermeister 12-pocket. (In a different color obviously). This is the bag "opened & closed".

The Lila scene confirms that the same bag was used in Seasons 2-5, (with the exception being the brown bag in Season 1).

Now, onto the actual Kill Knives!

Five of the knives are from Mundial Future Series, one Main Kill Prop Knife, 2 Bone Saws, an unidentified knife, and a pair of Messermeister Poultry Shears. I wish this info was as easy to find as it was to tell you.

Here is a pic showing the "Future" Logo on the knives. This is a screencap of Lila in her Jeep in Season 2 Episode 12.

Large Bone Saw

So basically, I need help finding more pics or better reference of,
1. Small Bone Saw (although I think Beto will be able to do it anyway)
2. This knife. Notice the handle has holes in it. I've tried paring knives, bread knives, curved boning knives with no luck.
6. Kill Knife

Huge Thanks! to DarthMagnus for taking the screencaps.

Thanks a lot for looking. Currently NOT an interest thread yet. Betomatali is doing this project but not for a LONG time. He has a lot of other projects he wants to finish first. I have purchased a Messermeister Knife roll to take measurements and pics and then send the info to Beto. Beto is a professional and I know this will be as accurate as possible.

Thanks a lot man. Thanks also for the Screen Caps. I thanked you in the post but it is buried in words.

Thanks BoonDockSaint.

Thanks Mr. Ecko.

Wow awesome reference shots you found there man! I am going to be free from some projects really soon...end of the month actually and this was next on my list of Dexter things to make. Something that would make it easier to mass produce is if I could find someone here who is a good caster of small parts. Because seeming how there is 10 knifes it would take a lot of time to make each one individually by hand for everyone. If we can get a caster I can make one really nice set of knives and have them cast multiple times that way everyone could get a set. is there anyone on these boards that would like to do that?

Thanks El Calvo.

I think knife #2 is a fillet knife or a boning knife. If anyone wants to help hunt one down, that may narrow it down. It looks to be about 8"-9" in length. Any help is appreciated. Check out the handle for a better idea of what to look for.

The dotted handle make me think it's from the Global Knife line...but I can't find one that looks exactly like it.

Yes, the only global knives that have a better handle is this spatula.

The horizontal pattern on top matches also.

Hey Dark, I saw your thread over at the prop forum the other day. Freaking awesome of you to share this research with us, I definitely wanna try to put together an accurate kill kit for my Dexter and this helps a ton! So, just wanted to say thanks and your hard work and willingness to share is the type of stuff that makes this hobby so fun & rewarding.

keep that info coming!

Thanks a lot Die. It was a huge pain to get all this info but I want those Kill Tools from Beto so bad.
