I was looking at the new Profiles-in-history auction book and saw the Raptor maquettes and it struck me that I seemed to recall SSC trying to get the Jurassic Park licence. Did that ever come to be?

A 1/6 T.Rex would be @30" high at the hips and 80" long! I don't even want to consider the price point(can you say 'second mortgage'?).As to Spinosaurus, while it is technically bigger than the Rex, and rather flashy looking, most paleontologists agree that it was a fish eater, with relatively weak jaws( in a real confrontation, the Rex would have won handily). Sometimes it's not so good to know the real science...PS

This guy ripped me off a while back and 2 others I know over at JPtoys forums.

Fair warning to anyone.

Details of your purchase?

It was a Barbasol embryo can, for 3 months you kept telling me it was going to go out, then I found out from a JP forum member you had done similar to two people there but for closer to a year and one never managed to get his money back. Another guy on Myprops I know claimed he believed you once had the items but had sold them long ago, even though you continued to accept money for said items.

I used my credit card on paypal and through a dispute got my money back.

Not knocking anything you sculpt, but if your bumping 3 dead threads to promote your site, I think it only fair I share my experiance.

I guess that's fair enough. I am sorry about your bad experience as a buyer and glad you got your money back ok. I did have a lot of problems before. I have also sold, then 're-bought' similar items again so that might explain some confusion when I said I didn't have such and such anymore, or that I seemed to tell people different things. Some things I make myself too, so that may explain why I seem to be selling the same item, when in fact I just have more than one.
