I'm a big Die Hard/John McClane fan, this looks like it's gonna be pretty good. The only problem I have with the trailer is that they focused waaaaay to much on the action sequences and didn't have Bruce say a word. I mean where are all the great McClane one-liners? Although I must say, "Why are you so calm? Have you done this before?" is F'n classic!

Nice trailer! I am already pumped up for it! I loved Die Hard 3, so that's why I am excited to see this one. That and the trailer rocked, and what's wrong with the Mac guy anyway? Macs rule as does Justin Long!

Loved the first two, thought the 3rd one was a bit poo, just hope this is'nt another 3rd one type, even though it looks like it.

My favorite film of all time is Die Hard. The second is good while the third is great as well. This was filmed in Baltimore so hopefully this won't hit too close to home if they start blowing up places I've been. Just so you know how much I love Die Hard, my dog's name is Johnathan McClane Roberts (JR for short)

So yeah, I'm a little excited for this.

Name schame, lets not get anal here. It is the 4th Die Hard installment. So even if it isn't called Die Hard 4, it actually is in the fact it is the 4th Die Hard movie to come out. So I can see why the person said that. I am certain they realize it's called Live Free and Die Hard.

As for this looking like the Transporter, I can see where the person would make the comparisons. Some of the physical scenes were very similar to that of the Transporter movies. He wasn't comparing the two movies, just what he saw in the trailer. Obviously since none of has seen the movie yet. lol

But yeah, Transporter movies sucked balls, especially the second one. Now if you want to see a kick-ass action/comedy with Jason Stratnam, go see Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels or his latest movie, my favorite of its genre in 2006... Crank!

Transporter was mindless action piece after action piece. And it served it purpose well. Statham rocked in it.

Secondly, what the hell are you talking about?

Did you not look at the trailer in the first post? The action scenes in it looked straight out of Transporter. Plus Bruce is fully bald and no hairpiece this time, and he looks like Stathams bald character.

DH 4 looks nothing like DH 1 and 2. And not even Jackson could save DH 3.

Just saw this trailer on Eragon, looks pretty decent. And Bruce is excellent shape considering his age. McClane isn't a superhero anyway, he's just a competent cop in the wrong place at the wrong time...again.


And I really like Transporter 1, it was a decent action movie. No where near as good as Crank though - which should be up there in the critic's choices for best film of the year.

I wanted a bit more dialog and a bit less action in the trailer so there's no knowing how this will be, so it was alright. It didn't get my blood pumping like the 300 trailers do, so it failed in that regard.

Die Hard was and will always be the best of the series, followed by Die Hard 3 and the second movie in last place.

FYI...Transporter 1 was a great action flick. I'd buy a 1/6 Statham fig any day.
