I've got an idea for a Dio. I've done some really basic things before like bases for 12" inch figures but I'm looking into doing an actual room this time with a door and a window , maybe two.

Has anyone ever attempted anything like this before or have any ideas on what I could use or start with. I've got some rough ideas but this board always seems to end up making them look ridiculous. :rotfl
Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated , this will probably be a long project. :monkey1

Thanks in advance.

Depending on what you are doing and how sturdy you need it, I've found foam boards to be pretty good things to work with for walls.

Ironically, you were the first to reply to it :lol

I would advise against using the foam board for floors though as it started to curl up with the glue and sticks applied to it (you can see this in the last pic). I'd stick with a piece of wood or something sturdier for the floor. But the foamboard made for decent walls and they were easy to cut openings for doors and windows. For the door I just used some balsa wood from the craft store. The windows were just cellophane stretched over the openings, but I know you can get some plastic for those.

What are you trying to make exactly? That might help us brainstorm materials, etc for you.

I've used balsa wood to create actual framed walls, but mostly I use styrene. Its easy to work with, fairly tough and lightweight.
I've made pretty much every kind of wall with it.
