This statue is pretty cool looking. Did anyone buy one?

this is one of the best statues ive ever owned, along with the GG Trinity on ducati and the superman daily planet statue. It might look nice in the pics, but trust me when I say it is stunning in person.

Too bad I had to sell it because this is one huge mother!! the box is bigger than PF hulks and it weighs a good 40+ pounds.

Im going to pick one up once I get settled in the continental US. shipping to hawaii is just ridiculous.

Wow. I didn't realize it was that big. I've never seen this in anyone's collection and I don't see it much on eBay anymore either. Do you have any pictures from when you owned it?

All of the WETA SR statues are too big. I have the Daily Planet, which is great, but the figures are nearly 1/6 scale and they don't need to be that big. The Fallen Son and Luther triumphant are about 1/4 scale. I still love Daily Planet, but I wouldn't even conceive of getting the others because of the size.

Liked the film but never really wanted to get any of the statues. Just not that big a fan of Supes I suppose.

Haha! I thought the same thing at first and was actually trying to remember when in the movie Superman was carrying around a big bowl of lava.

I used to own one a couple years ago. It was a really nice piece, I just lost interest, and wound up selling it....But, yes. It's a HUGE statue.

wow, i've seen pictures of these for a while now, and always loved how they look.... but i had no idea they were anywhere near that big!! I figured the whole statue was about 14" tall or something
