Do people do commissions?

I know very little about customs and companies and people who do customs. I do not even know if this is the place where you ask something like this, but what I do know is that I love Twin Peaks and I would love to have a figure of at least Agent Cooper. As far as I can tell there is no high quality 1/6 scale figure of him, but I know there are people who are very talented at making figures and especially headsculpts. So where do I go or who do I talk to if I want a job done and how much should I expect it to cost? Cooper isn't much apparel or hair wise, but Kyle has a very distinct face.

Only Kyle Machlachlan sculpt in 1/6 I've ever seen.

Many sculptors on the board do commissions, but they may be kind of expensive. WGP does commissions as well. PM me for a quote.
