do any of you keep the plastic sleeves, collars and other protective components because they have value or just discard them? I want some feedback before deciding whether to throw mine out or not? thanks!

Probably wouldn't fetch as much as the HT brown shipping box, but who knows. Edition size would be another thing to factor in.

This is getting out of hand......wtf :dunno

If you dont want a box to put your figures in or something to hold them in place (maybe if you move, you want to store them or you sell them) then by all means toss them.

I keep the box, the shipper, the plastic trays and the little plastic thingies... I throw the figure out. :lecture

I keep the display base, but not the stand. I keep left hands and toss away right hands, but toss away left feet and keep the right ones. Short sleeves shirts & coats I'll keep, long sleeve shirts/coats I get rid of.

Plastic thingies get stored in the attic. I cut the covers of the HT boxes and am currently residing my house with them. SSC brown shippers get broken down and left for the recycling truck.

I only did a quick read and the only thing I got from that is that you toss with your right hand.

It helps to sell. I keep it... but I do really mind if the seller doesn't give me one.

I need my plastics... especially twistie ties... WHERE THE HELL ELSE DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GET THESE TWISTIES? For the love of god, do not throw them out!

No seriously, I keep everything.

I did a "carry weapons" device in the back for Chris BSAA with those plastic thingies/ twisties ( or wathever you call ), and also an invention to hold the falcon on Falconer's wrist.. Therefore I consider this useful and usually keep them :/

I'm not kidding

Oh yeah, the twist ties are the most expensive, because you don't normally see them with hot toys figures, they throw in 1 in every 50 cases so I've been told by Howard Chan himself over at a dinner party last week in the apartment I share with Yulli.

Wow man, I bet Howard has so many twist ties he doesn't know what to do with them. Lucky bastard :(

Should I open my Hot Toys in a vacuum sealed room? I don't want my figures to loose any of their value due to non Hot Toys air entering the box. Has anyone else bought a hermetically closed hyperbolic chamber for their figures?
