They were an ebay auction for 1:6 military boots. I didn't recognize them right off but the look was close to what I was wanting for a custom project I am trying to finish up.
I received them and was blown away by how NOT 1:6 they are. These things are way too big for any modern 1:6 foot [maybe the original GI Joe's foot would fit well] and how the top of the boot rises into the thigh of a 1:6 figure, thus eliminating any possible knee movement.
I have sent the seller a message looking for clarification and asking what they were originally intended for use on but haven't heard back as of yet.
I thought I might ask here to see if anyone knkew what they were from so that I might better make my point with the seller.
