for those of you who are lucky enough to have one, where the eff do you display the thing. i really want to keep it behing glass, but i'm kinda stumped on options for cases. it would be a shame to have him get covered in dust.

any ideas?

You could always you know, dust him

I would worry about fit... i would worry about BREAKAGE.. those shelves wont hold a dooms weight and if you do have DOOM inside a detolf your a brave SOUL!

Doom will not fit inside a detolf, even if you put him on the bottom. His left foot sticks out too much, prohibiting the door from fully closing. Your best bet is to purchase either a glass case and put Doom on a pedestal or to purchase a nice big curio cabinet. Check out Squider's galleries. I actually found a decent sized bookshelf with glass doors at my local furniture store a couple years back that is ideal for any PF, besides General Grievous and the Biker PF.

Solid wood end tables display the pfs nicely. As does a nice solid computer work station. As for dust, compressed air (moisture free kind used for electronics) and a facial cosmetic brush keeps dust at bay. A lint roller gets any hair or residual lint, etc. from the clothing. I like them displayed openly since my kids are old enough to know they have to stay outta this room.
