Hi all,

I'm pretty much new to the forums, and although i've been dabbling in customising for a while now, this is my first foray into customising in 1/6th scale.

entitled transposition, this 1/6th scale custom features a fully sculpted head and hands, as well as modified legs. Sculpted in epoxy putty and painted with acrylics. Base body is a hot toys truetype and the clothes were acquired off eBay.

Cheungkinmen: yes this piece is an original work and was done for a local exhibition

galactiboy: cheers! i always liked the idea of an albino monkey and having it has a mantel piece of sorts on the characters head was too kooky an idea to pass up!

Amazing work, love the wip shots. Any pics of how you made the Doc's? I used to wear a pair of purple just like them.

rfr5671: unfortunately i don't think i took wip shots of the doc marten boots, however they were a pair of 1/6 scale military styled boots that were shortened and had sculpted detailed added on to replicate doc martens

up next is more of a repaint if anything. the base figure is a 1/6 tomorrow queen from threeA. gave her a set of overalls, dyed it and repainted the entire figure.

all decked out in purple..

here's a quick fix that i did on a 3a boiler zomb. i wanted a little variety in my horde so i took a yellow boiler suit 2.0 zomb and gave him a haircut.

the figure was completely repainted including a dye and weathering job on the cloth bits. in a fit of drunken stupor he stumbled into a tattoo parlor and got himself inked too.
