Well at least Toriyama will be I guess writing this one. He's had questionable choices in the last three movies, but I think overall they've been pretty solid.

Cell saga was the last good one. The Buu saga goes either way with fans. I personally hate how it was executed. Vegeta was the best thing in it.

Only thing I cared about GT was: Golden Ape, SSJ4, Super Android 17, and Omega Shenron. Everything else was failure.

As a kid I loved the Buu saga (what could you expect of an 8 year old), but now I have to agree that it isn't good at all. Only Vegeta was good, due to more exposure of him, but to have him die and not even kill Buu, that kind of did it for me about that saga.

I love the look of SSJ4 but that's about it, I never liked GT

The Buu saga is pretty good, I love Majin Vegeta

Here's the new plot. New bad guy shows up and he's stronger than everyone. Even though he can kill all the Z fighters , he still gives them time to train and prepare, so the Z fighters train profusely , and eventually they fight and they fail, all while waiting for Goku to show up because he's either dead, sick, or still training...but definitely not too busy being a good husband and father. Finally, Goku shows up!

Goku and the villain stare at each other for 20 minutes while floating in the air. Then, there's endless amount of irrelevant dialogue in between punches, kicks, and energy attacks, which leaves the villain surprised that Goku is so strong, even though he gave him time to train and prepare. Goku puts up a good fight and he eventually transforms into a SSJ 20, but unfortunately he's still not strong enough, so he needs help from all his friends, including Vegeta, who is angry at the new writers. In the end, they defeat the villain and Goku takes ALL the credit as the sole savior of earth. The end.

I really hope they lift up the human characters this time around. Even Piccolo was utterly useless in the Buu series. Make him a Super God Namek or something.

Yeah, or just have more than ONE powerful villain. That way, the rest of the Z fighters can be busy fighting people on their level, and not just standing there watching the fight and talking about the fight. They can cut away from the main fight and show the other guys fighting, which can make things more interesting...but that's just my opinion.
