Drilling services?

Ok I'm getting three head sculpts in the mail soon and need them drilled out to fit onto a neck post like this:




Can anyone recommend me to someone who offers this service.. I know someone who can do this just a little nervous about sending them overseas as I don't want them to get lost since I will never be able to get them again if they did get "lost". All Help would be appreciated thanks.
