Dum Dum Dugan Headsculpt

I've been working on this on/off for the last little while. I've restarted a couple times because it's my first time sculpting on the computer.
Anyways, I'm just looking for some feedback and general reactions to it. I've been staring at it for too long and I'd like some fresh eyes on it.
I'm curious what others think of the likeness, etc.
Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated.

The base is there. It will need need more detail-but you know that already. Again good base.
