So who all is going to be there this year?
I'm going for my first time ever on the company's dime and was curious if any freaks were going to be in attendance?

You're from Frisco? What company are you with?

I'd qualify if I were still working on games, but I just recently got a different job that isn't quite in the same area.

Sure, I was the designer of the Fable 3 LE, Little Big Planet 2 LE, I was on the design team for Halo Reach LE, and just wrapped up work on the Lord of the Rings: War in the North LE coming out this fall.

I work with another great artist who designed the Killzone 3 LE and he's wrapping up work on the Uncharted 3 LE.

That's pretty cool, some work I actually know about.

I worked with a small studio in Arlington, it was a downloadable game that got canceled. I didn't even know there were any video game places in Frisco

It's actually in Dallas, but north, north Dallas, it's one of those areas where you can get to Richardson, Plano or frisco in about 10 minutes. So I'll pretty much be at e3 doing some research and consumer insight on what looks to be some of the biggest 2012 games that our company can pursue, pretty fun stuff!

We aren't just an LE developer, we do product development, consumer insights and much more. When I first got hired we were doing movie displays. My first project I designed was the display for Pixar's "UP"' the one with the fiberglass viewfinder where could watch the trailer in it, I have a couple photos of the one I have in my home on my show your shelves thread.

Wish I was going to E3 but, being a Brit with no credentials in the games industry, it won't happen this year. One day, though....

I remember my first and only E3 was in '03 when I was a kid working at EB while going to college. They were very lax about their admission requirements back then. Nowadays my career isn't in the least involved with games so I doubt I'll be going.
