"Before anyone did anything, Elvis did everything."

Rock on, Elvis. Happy B-day.

Filmed just moments after he died.

Mr & mrs Jack Lord were fans of him & E gave them a signed photo and one of his concert belts (the belt sold last yr for an astronomical amount of 50 or 60 grand !!)

Now they both have been re-united with him in the heavens...:(

God bless The Lord :rock2 Elvis is, and even in death, will always be the king. On a side note, just watched Walk The Line last night. They actually had some pathetic actor actually try to portray Elvis in the movie, THEN, they had the audacity to actually shot him trying to sing and dance to an Elvis song. Good movie, but that part was disgraceful...

I thought the same. He looked more like a Chris Isaac impersonator than the King.

I was seven when he died. I was riding in the car with my folks when the news was announced on the radio, and I vividly remember the exact spot where we were on the road at that moment. It's amazing how some things just stick in your memory, and how I can't remember what I did yesterday.
