That looks all out of proportion. It could be the angle.
Sort of looks like a they used SS's head.

Likeness looks a bit off and, as one above mentioned, the proportions are wonky - Too bulky/muscular for Russell's Snake.

Is there some exaggerated Escape from New York comic series that this is based off of? Looks nothing like Kurt as he appeared on film. Not even in a "likeness is off but I can tell who it's supposed to be" kind of way.
