The head and body looks huge next to the Spock TMP in the pics from QUI.

I’m going to change the body out and see if it helps. Damn

I was hoping it was the angle of the photos considering DeForest Kelley was 2” shorter than Leonard Nimoy.

It would have been fun to get Scotty and McCoy in uniforms from the picture above.

This is my biggest gripe, wanting Spock & McCoy in their uniforms to have this picture right here - even if it's 50 shades of grey (and beige)

Yeah, I can do without a Disco Bones (and a 1/6 Disco Ball). Would have jumped at a uniformed version like in the pic!

Yeah, I would have preferred uniforms but so many people hate them, I can see why he didn't.

A thinner Scotty with TWoK and TMP options would be a possible option but he hasn't made a TWoK commander uniform. Kirk has his goofy grin from the flyby scene with Scotty, so a Scotty to go alongside him would be cool.

Nanjin has already teased McCoy in his whites so if you just remove the Turtleneck, we will have a TMP version.

I'm jut plowing ahead with custom uniforms. Any official versions would be way better quality and won't match the ones I have.

As feared, the head is huge and the body is very muscular. I put the new McCoy next to the other 2 TMP figures and it is not really to scale proportion wise. All the work with the chest plate and the body is TBH disappointing. The sculptor they use is a guy name warnigua . He makes good sculpts but is known to sadly make heads either too small or too big.

I wonder why they didn’t use a smaller less muscular body and compare the head size to the other figures. After all that wait.. arggh. Not sure I can even port TMP McCoy to a smaller body as the head is so large..

This is the kind of crap that happens when a 1/6 scale figure producer is more concerned about getting the outfits right than anything else.

I mean... the QMX figure outfits look like doll outfits. Like something I'd see in Robot Chicken... EXO looks so much better. The proportions too.

Is it just me or is the QMX Bones sculpt not very good too? That looks less like McCoy than freakin' Disco McCoy.

You will see when they are next to each other. I was concerned even with the review pictures but yea the head is not really to scale with the other figures . What is baffling is he was working on Bones for months and yet he let the body and head through without redoing the size.

I did port QMX McCoy to a slim body as the original body was also huge and more muscular than Kirk and Spock. But after some redo, Spock, McCoy and Kirk were perfect. Not sure what you are looking at but the proportion with the EXO McCoy is really quite out of scale
