Only thing I wish is that they had given Saru a bit more of an expression, since he's always such a warm and likable character on the show. But it's still a great looking figure regardless.

Saru is 100% controlled by studios and Doug Jones. We can only refine detail.

I’ve said it before, EXO has really nailed all the alien proto sculpts that we’ve seen (Saru, Quark, Kruge).

I’m more of a classic Trek person but this Saru certainly doesn’t disappoint.

Anyone is Australia having issues with their Burnham tracking? A couple of sites have it listed as having left China over a week ago by air, whilst the AusPost tracking has it still awaiting international departure?

It's the same for me, nothing on Australia Post since the 17th with the last update saying it's "awaiting international departure", but the original tracking link has updates up to the 24th saying "Received by carrier".

Oh no! On Australia post's website too? I notice that the original tracking link sometimes shows more or less information, but I just checked Australia Post and my tracking with them is the same "Cleared and awaiting international departure" message as before.

I received Burnham today from EXO-6. Most impressive figure. The tailoring is outstanding. The accessories are copious and equally detail-oriented. I love this character and it is a great representation of her for my collection.

A few nits: the skin tone on the head sculpt is nothing like the actor's actual skin tone. Poseability for the entire figure is next to none; I rank it just below Ant-Man 1 in terms of posability.

Yeah just says information not found. A 3rd party tracking website says “airline departed” on the 24th. Weird and frustrating.

I have the same with my tracking coming to the UK - I have ordered one figure direct previously which was Janeway and so far tracking has been the same, once The Royal Mail took over then it was a consistent set of updates till it promptly arrived at my house.

I wouldn't worry about it, Im expecting a ping from RM saying they have it any day now.

This has happened a few times, appears not to move for ages, stuck in limbo...suddenly its out for delivery in the UK

Remember, the world is opening up after covid while China is going the other direction with stronger measures at ALL ports.

Transportation is right at the middle of these 2 systems.

All shipment going in to China will be quarantine for a week before distribution, and if they found any covid on any flight, the airline will be grounded for 2 weeks. (Logic, no flights in, no flights out)

Logistic has not been normalized just slightly better than 3 months ago.

Do note that our shipment sometimes had to travel to different export port to avoid delays. Going to another port itself already a delay....

Lets be realistic, no one will have any accurate updates before the shipments arrive at their destinations' distribution center. So far, only US shipments have better timing. Rest of the world still no good especially receiving shipment from China.

Another note, only official tracking info from China Post (non US) and SF-Express (US) can have the most accurate info before shipments arriving the destinations' local Post Office. Once the shipment is in the country of their destination, local Post Office or 3rd party tracking will have better or more accurate info.

3rd party tracking can NEVER have direct portal with anything China couriers.

Got mine yesterday. Looks good.

I agree that articulation isn't too great, but it does what it needs to. Mine pops apart at the chest if I try to pose it, revealing a white lady's body underneath. One of the wrists on mine worries me. It makes a ratcheting noise while the other is smooth. Put my figure is back in the box until I find a place for it on display.

No no Nanjin that’s fine and definitely understand protracted waits, used to it now. My concern is that according to China Post it departed on an outbound flight over a week ago but my local post office has no record of it. Anywho I’m hopeful that it can be sorted out in the next few weeks.

Just got Michael in. The uniform is incredible. So are the accessories. I love the head sculpt. As some noted hers she’s a little harder to pose because of the uniform, but I can get some poses I’m happy with.

Now where’s Saru???
