Ezio vs. Dastan

I really love the two new Hot Toys figures from two of my favorite game series ever (yeah, Dastan is from the movie, but he is so close to Warrior Within, I can pretend LOL). But, with X-mas fast approaching, I can only afford one. If you could only have one of these figures, which one would you pick and why? Thanks for the help in deciding.

I'd personally pick Ezio. I prefer the outfit and weapons over Dastan's.

I'd pick Ezio as well, because I liked Assassin's Creed much better than the Prince of Persia games.

Easy. Ezio, he's a better character after all. Dastan I've already forgotten about I love Assassins Creed so my judgement is biased haha. I still want HT to make an Atiar(sp?) figure.

I LOVE the Prince of Persia Sands of Time trilogy. It really helped jump-start the epic action-adventure genre to what it is today (along with DMC).


But hands down get Ezio. He looks fabulous and will get the attention of those who didn't even play the game (which was also great).

Altair is the spelling. I really want one as well. If i can find a head sculpt close to him I am gonna attempt making him.


As for this thread, Ezio all the way. He's a better looking figure IMO(no giraffe neck and poor likeness).

I don't play video games therefore, my reference material is limited to the PoP film.

Dastan is an awesome figure from the shoulders down. Unfortunately, the neck and head are average taking away from the overall appearance which IMO is a major flaw. Since my opinion is based solely on appearance, I find less faults with Ezio. I guess then I would probably go with Ezio.

I agree Get Ezio ..cooler character imo with better likeness to the source material(but i know thats not an issue for you as you want him for the character)...also he has a normal sized neck unlike dastan

I was actually in the same position last month. I bought Ezio first but after seeing Viking Playgrounds' 15% off I gave in and bought Dastan today. Ezio is cheaper and looks much cooler IMO.
