Fat suits for customs

If you're like me, then you probably have at least one character in your collection who is supposed to be overweight. And finding a decent fat suit can be tough. I picked up a few of the Mattel Ricky Ricardo as Santa figures (for only $5!!) and when taking him apart found that he was wearing a pretty good fat suit. If you can find one you may want to look into picking him up.

It also provides a nice Santa suit for customs. This doll is interesting as Mattel seems to have made a ton of them this time and they are reduced at most Wal-Marts. They've made others in the past in this line that sold out so quickly that they now sell for ridiculous amounts of money - specifically the Ethel Mertz version. This year will see Fred Mertz released.

Grandpa Munster came with one too, I bought a few at Dollar General for cheap last year. They are also on Ebay for cheap alot.
 
yup, Gimli it is. i'm in the process of getting all the materials. will make sure he is short and stout, and definitely not fat!!
 
man that suit is great, i could use one for my Ed. from shaun of the dead. His is just a pillow and it doesn't look right. thanks for the info. :D
