I don't know about the 70s but there are more than a few ladies who have played action stars that could pull it off, Summer Glau, Angelina Jolie, Maggie Q, Gina Carano, just off of the top of my head.

As much as I love Lynda Carter, neither she or Lindsay Wagner are really action stars.
And, I guess I need to clarify. I'm not talking about a team of only female action stars, but rather what female action stars could be members of the expendables?

Then none (and that's including Pam Grier too). With the exception of Michelle Yeoh and that kickboxing chick from the 80's (forget her name), I don't really see any of the older ones being feasible. Only modern ones you would be able to believe could realistically deal with that type of punishment would be Jessica Biel and Gina Carano.

The problem with this idea is that no one wants to see old female actions stars.
