Looking to understand for sure which is which. I know one has a skin tone while the other is pasty blue/white (what I want).

Hoping I could get a comparison shot of the actual figure, unless it is exactly the same down to the small details. Also some pictures have wonky eyes, others are good. Does the release have any bearing?

You're right! Maybe i'm answering my own question here but it looks like the 2nd Ed corrected the eyes and skin paint too!

DC Comics Cover Girls Harley Quinn 2nd Edition Statue NEW 52 IN Stock NOW | eBay

Looking to start Harley Quinn collecting and I figure this one was a good place to start.

I have the first edition and the eyes are fine on her. My only nit with this was the clumpiness of her hands where she is holding the knives.

This is a good place to start. Any Harley is a great place to start:) good luck

The 2nd edition is the one with the whiter skin tone, which is more accurate to the original prototype and how she's depicted in the comics. So I'd definitely go with that one.

Seems to be priced better to boot. Definitely going 2nd Ed.
