First Purchase from Sideshow....question

I have several Hot Toy preorders that will show up over the next few months. Is there any particular packaging I should request from Sideshow? Anything else I should know?

They will ship in a brown cardboard shipping box that protects the figure and figure packaging. I've never paid for the pack out and have never had a 1/6 figure damaged from shipping. The figures are generally very secure and well packaged by Hot Toys/Sideshow.

I have never paid the pack out. I think its ridiculous. With that said, I have had damage to the boxes from Sideshow. On the bright side, they are usually pretty good at replacement parts.
