Yeah, it's tough in the SEC.... something that many other teams in the league don't understand. It's not easy by any means. We had a lot of close calls, that's for sure.... Luck was on our side, and that always helps.

Yay Gators!!! I always root for the underdog (unless it's a Texas game... but last year we were underdogs too, so I know how it feels!). What really cracks me up is that the only undefeated team left in the nation is Boise State!! Wow, is their recruiting going to rock now. That OU/Boise match-up was by far the best game of the entire bowl season - I wouldn't mind having that one on DVD. I absolutely love trick plays! Of course I have the past 2 Rose Bowl games on DVD (2005 & 2006... this year's SUCKED, poor Michigan... I guess the Big 12 and the Big 10 conferences sucked pretty bad this year.)

I've been doing a bit of research on American football for my son who is totally hooked on madden 07 on his xbox360 and it did start off as the game that my son plays ...rugby...who'd a thought it!

I am not a big Florida fan (I grew up being a fan of The U) but its cool as hell to be the only college ever to hold the basketball and football titles at the same time.

As a University of Miami Hurricane ("The U"), normally the Gators are one of our two biggest rivals (Florida State being the other) but in this case I had to root for them as well, being that they are at least from the same state.

Though I can't stand the "chomp", I do tip my hat to the folks from Gainesville. A well earned championship.
