Hello,

I don't know if anyone has caught this on the news a few weeks ago but one of my classmates at RIT went missing and was found a few weeks lately. Unfortunately there was no way to send amber alerts of use federal databases for missing persons.

My classmates have started a petition to get Billy's law back on the floor in congress to get passed. I know this may be political but we're hoping we can get signatures to get moving along. Here's the link, please sign if you want/can!
