Hell, why not. already 2 other threads about Frazetta, so I'll post a few pics of the Frank Frazetta Death Dealer III statue.

I don't know a whole lot about it, got it off Ebay and didn't come with original box but did have a certificate of authenticity. Faux Bronze finish, same seller had a pewter finishied one too, but about half the size. This guy is 12-14 inches tall. Axe is removable, I prefer with blade on top. Sword on chain is also loose. Otherwise very sturdy, and one of the few pieces I have up (standing guard above my desk) because not worried about dusting him, not too fragile. BTW, nevermind the dust if shows in pic.

Dude! Did you get this from the guy on eBay who made these and shipped it in a wooden crate?

Or is this an official BRONZE RELEASE?

MESSAGE WILL BE DELETED

The guy that shipped them in the wooden crate. but it was sturdy as hell, arrivd safely; I had a hard time throwing away the wooden crate chassis FAUX bronze. I think I paid $200-$300 (my inventory xcel on turned off PC).

Why? What do you know?

:duh I'm an idiot. Just looked at the pics and asked. What is that sellers name... Do you remember?

Now you're making me boot up my other PC and look up the ad. You owe me a beer.

Update: Okay, looks like I paid $320. I got back into Frazetta when Death Delaer comic came out and met Fotos at a con. the sellers name/info: link this isn't my auction, but looks like same item.

Edit 2: My # is 532/5000, writen in gold sharpie on base (not too professional). Regardless, I like it.

Scott. Do you have the Death Dealer full size statue?

The one on the horse? Yes, but boxed. I wasn't all that impressed by it. although it does have that RAW quality like frazetta's work.

I don't like the the axe arm has to be glued, and is otherwise very loose unless glues.

The Conan statue is the best IMO. Also have Princess. Had moon maid pre-ordered, till the seller decide to unregister as a selller on ebay.

im glad to see a few frazetta pieces on the site. im abit surprized more people dont have some. i know there are several members here that are frazetta fans. nice statue.

...love the aged bronze look...this guy basically took a statue that was offered on Frazetta's website and added a faux finish with new base...he does good work...the original paint job was something to be desired...whats weird is there were alot of these made...and the price just keeps going up

Yeah, I noticed that he has new a "run" of statues, this time a limited edition of 400. I think he may add the marble base??? I saw the original paint job, horrible, with awful red eyes.

I wish he had kept the damn box though.

There is no box as I believe he casts these himself.. He does a good job and comes shipped very securely.. Nice guy to deal with too, I had an issue and he was quick to give me a generous refund.

Picked this up from the same seller on eBay, a recast of the Death Dealer III statue released several years ago. The seller still repaints them in various metallic finishes, such as pewter or bronze as seen above (some with gold highlights) and wood or marble bases. He also sells them with a flat black finish so you can repaint them yourself, which is what I did. It was only $125 (damn good price for a statue like this), it's 1/6 scale without the base and the sword & axe are removable. I'm fairly pleased with the final results...the base turned out better than I thought it would. All in all, it's a pretty rockin' Death Dealer statue (especially for the price) and way better than the one SS is coming out with! Here's some quick pics...photos don't do it justice as I can't get good lighting, but you get the idea:
