Aarrrgghh! Kyle Reese/Dwayne Hicks will be attending!? When am I ever going to get another opportunity to meet him?

My wife and I actually made a mental note last year to attend this one then we completely forgot about it. My dad is visiting that weekend from Oregon to see his new granddaughter for the first time. Just a major family event falling on that weekend. Kenny Baker? Ray Park? Josh and Figuremaster Les? Shoot.

Oh well, we'll be up for Star Wars Weekends. Hopefully you guys will be there for that one too.

I'm planning on driving up from Miami early Saturday and arrive more or less around opening time at 10:00am. We should definitely hook up, guys. :chew

For Firefly/Serenity fans, Quantum Mechanix will be at the show with some of their Serenity collectibles, including the new Serenity blueprints which can be bought and picked up at the show.

So, with a little over a week to go, is the count only at three? Or did I miss someone?
We'll have to work it out, as Josh and I will be there Sat morning only til about noonish.

I hope to be there in the AM on Saturday as well. I plan on wearing the Sideshow Vader T-shirt or slave leia outfit. Haven't decided yet....

I guess I have to stick to my traditional Australian Croc T.
It has become my uniform when meeting fellow Freaks now.
So, look for an olive greenish, tye dyed looking shirt with a big ole Aussie Croc on it. It will be trying to hide my huge belly beneath!

Be looking for you F&F! We'll be there for the Early Bird bit, getting in an hour early. Be there til noon to 1pm for sure. Maybe a bit longer. (I hope!)

Hey, if someone could go by the Quantum Mechanix booth and see if you can take a pic of the Serenity blueprint set and put them up that would be really awesome. I'm sure they'll be putting them up within the week but I need to make some financial decisions if I want to get them or not. And since I live in Texas it's a little difficult to get around to places (actually I'm in Arkansas right now so it's even worse).
