Freeze wasn't blue, he was silver, with his suit on he had a blue light in his head gear, made him glow in blue, but he wasn't blue..gee whiz got it right.

There was a version of this figure on display at the Elvis & Friends in NYC this weekend with an ice chair and light-up cigar. Really, really impressive in person! Great figure from an extremely regrettable film!
