By now I'm sure everyone is tired of these threads and pics, but I'm selfish. Jim at JSA cut me a great deal and I want to thank him for it. Like everyone else I was stunned by the enormity of the box. As I was trying to get the inner box out I heard myself say "oh my stars and garters". It was then that I realized I have totally reverted to my comic geek past. There is not a bad thing I can say about this piece. If I could change one thing though, it would be the pants. They need the AB treatment. Maybe someday. The sculpt is the David of Marvel Comics. Thanks again Jim, and I'm hoping for his grey brother to arrive this week courtesy of The Godfather.

Just a nurse dude. So is my wife, so we pull in a decent buck, but I make out really well on ebay. Sell some custom stuff. The house is over 100 years old. A cool old victorian but hardly a mansion.

The spoon was plastic. I lived in a trailer on my aunt's front lawn in miami for a year when I was a kid. Grew up poor so I get anything me, the wife, or the kids want now. Just a matter of working a bit of OT!!

That's awesome! Not the poor part of course, the fact that you guys treat yourself. My wife and I are the same way, we work hard for our money, why not treat ourselves to what we want. Right?

ugh, i'm putting my girlfriend through nursing school right now...can't wait till she graduates next year so she can add to the cash flow. gotta love the older houses, mine's only 77 years old though.
