It's not like anyone else will make a Haldir collectible. Does Weta have a history of tweaking things before production?

Interesting, looks like a cloth cape?!

I hope Weta does the Lothlorien Elf warrior after this! Those were some of my other favorite armors in the movie.

Weta doesn't use fabrics. I assume the cape is sculpted, they made plenty of statues with crazy capes poses.
