Hi Guys. First time posting, long time collector of Sideshow collectibles.
I bought the Triforce G.O.W Hammberburst replica off of the Sideshow site and it showed up very badly damaged. I filled out the online return form with pictures back on the 8th of this month (01/08/13).
Haven't heard back from customer service at all. The S.S. web site recommend's not contacting customer service multiple times, so I have stayed away from doing that.
The only other problem I have had with S.S. collectibles in the past was The Thanos premium format statue showing up damaged and that got resolved pretty quickly and am very happy with the replacement statue.
Anyways, Do you guys recommend I just sit tight and wait for customer service to get in touch with me?
Has there been any talk about other Hammerburst replicas being damaged on delivery? Just curious because I was surprised how badly broken up the replica was and the box and the brown shipper box are perfectly intact.
