Here is my effort of Han as a Stormtrooper. Han and Luke zipping around the Death Star as stormies was always my favorite part of Star Wars. I used the Sideshow Han sculpt and a Marmit stormie kit.

I tried several different bodies and I couldn't get the armor to fit as good as it did on the Marmit figure(but I coiuldn;t get the Sideshow head on the marmit torso. On the Sideshow, the armor didn't look right, on a Dragon , it was way too short. Fortunatley the Marmit body has screws and you can remove sections, so I added a 21st Century "newer" body from the waist up , including the shoulders. the neck post is a Sideshow one and the arms from shoulder on down are the Marmit ones. I think the armor looks good on it. Now to add the final pieces and make the neckseal and it should be good to go. Of course once I'm done Sideshow will announce their own version.:lol

Ya know what? Even if SS does do their own you shouldn't worry about getting it cause that looks AWESOME. :rock I mean it dude, I'm jealous of that one. You did a really nice job. Now paint that sculpt!:lol

That looks really good. Im sure Sideshow will come out with these at some point but you did great job! Cant wait to see once you get the neck piece on and he's complete. Great work!

I'm going to make a custom necpiece, I'm not too sure that the Marmit had one? This particular storm trooper I purchased did not have one.
A++++++++++++. :rock
Thank you kind sir!
yeah that looks amazing, but the paint looks like poo poo.
The factory paint does look bad, I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to tackle a repaint though.
Looks really good, guess the helmet ain't got a chnace of fitting. Neck seems a little long.

Head seems too big as well. I might have to trim the opening a bit.

If you use thinner lightly to remove the eyebrows give the hair a drybrush of brown & redo the lips the sculpt looks much better...

but nice job

Some did, some didn't. I think it was a running change...I seem to remember Marmit re-releasing the regular Stormtrooper. I've got a pic of one of mine that came with the neck seal molded into the torso armor:

Also, if you're interested...I replaced all of my Marmit bodysuits with ones from Adventure Gear. No hood in the way then, and even looks good without a neckseal.

Regardless, very nice work on yours so far!

looks great, but the the neck piece needs a lil' tweaking............other than that...........BADASS !!!!!!!!!!
