Speaking for myself, I get kinda closed up right around Veteran's Day. It makes it awkward for me, but by no means is it an indication of apathy. Very much the opposite. It's too personal to be public about it. I'll get over it one of these years.

I have much admiration for any and all who have served their country. I'm very proud of my brother who did 2 tours and came back safely.
Maximum respect for all our ladies and gents who have/ are currently in the forces.
