I purchased an Battle Damaged Sideshow T800 Endoskull and wasn't very happy with the battle damage paint application. I decided to take off the battle damage paint that Sideshow had put on it and did my own battle damage paint job. Can i have you guys opinions? Do you like it? Also if you had seen this skull, would you purchase it or be interested in it? Thanks so much and hope to hear some honest opinions!

Also I personally prefer the battle damaged version of the T800 Endoskull, does anyone else?

This has been brought up before. The teeth on the recent busts are far worse than the original.

Nice job on the custom work and as long as you prefer the finish that's all that matters.

Oh! And :welcome to the :FREAK: show

I like it! I guess if you end up bored with it you can always remove all the weathering like many other members did? I agree that the teeth on these later versions are not as good...I saw one in my local shop and had to post a pic on the forum to make sure it was not a knock-off. maybe with some staining interproximally they would look better. Care to give us a little detail on how you went about doing the new weathering?

I'd like to see someone completely re-do these teeth or at least make them like the T1. I really like the T-700 teeth actually.

yep, these teeth look really bad, and they actually had the balls to ask for more money for this POS. This is defn NOT a $600 piece.

If one removes the battle damaged paint, it will not be a clean chrome application underneath, I guarantee it. The early ones were......

so the early BD endoskulls were chrome underneath but the newer BD ones are not chrome?

I like the clean versions of these but always appreciate a nice dirty paint app. The teeth on all of these are shockingly bad, I had an early one which was chrome underneath and I hated the yellow, plastic, one piece nashers!! Not an easy fix either.

Although didn't the T-800s use real human teeth in the canon? You could always get hold of some false teeth and glue them on individually? I'd like to see that in fact...
