Hi there!
Well, my buddy SOLIDSNAKE, got me into this site and keeps bugging me to make a post, so I am!
First of all, I have been collecting on and off for years now.
The first time I actually collected as an adult (well I was in high school at the time), I started to collect the Playmates Star Trek Next Generation figures. If anyone remembers those! lol
Then after that, it was years and years of collecting McFarlane 6" figures. Which I was happy to do, and collected ALOT in that time.
Now, after witnessing and hearing about Sideshow stuff, from SolidSnake, I eventually gave in, when I thought I would never collect again. lol
My first piece was the Endoskull 1:1 Chrome Bust.
I was happy with just that and that's all I had for quite a few months.
Then I just snapped. And within a two week period I picked up Darkness PF, Yoda bust, Vader PF, and Hot Toys Dark Knight Joker and Batman lol
With Indy and Arnold PF's on the way.
I do enjoy these high end collectibles, but can now start to see the strain on the wallet and space. So I still have to be careful and just focus on essential grail pieces lol
