I'm attaching a photo of a figure I have remnants from, but I don't recall what exactly the figure's name and manufacturer are. He's got an M16 with 3 magazines, a knife, a harness with pouches, a couple grenades, and a canteen.
Update. I'm told the insignia is a Viet Nam Era 5th Special Forces Group. Hope that helps.
