Help!!! Leather rubbing off from suit!!!

Not sure if this is in the right section or not but, I was going to display this figure and while trying to put the stand holder around the figure, this happen.
Parts of the leather on the suit rubbed off (sorry, don't know the exact term for this)

I didn't do anything hard at all. Just only a few touches and this happen.

Can this be fix? If it can, anyone know how?

Any helps would be greatly appreciate.

Wow that looks horrible. I think it's just the vinyl flaking off, as it does with age. I've never tried to fix this before.

This happened to me with the Medicom Darth Vader. It sucks. And sorry, no tips here

This really sucks guys. I had this guy for sometimes now, it never been display before.

Are there really no solution to this at all?

btw Cheungkinmen, what did you do with your Vader then? Because this figure is from Medicom also :monkey1

Yes i don't think there is a way to fix this untortunately.

I just left it as it was and never touched it again :/ . This Vader is my first and LAST medicom product. First it was damn small compared to the rest of the real 1/6 figures and then the flaking happened, talking about adding salt to an open wound.

Sorry about your figure man, I don't think there's anything we can do. :monkey2
