Help Needed with Medicom Darth Maul to Truetype Body Conversion

I need some help guys. I just broke the leg off my medicom darth maul by accident. Im thinking of replacing the body with a Hottoys Truetype narrow shoulder ver. caucasian. But are the wrist pegs and head bit compatible? If not what kind of modifications do I have to do??

Best mod to do is take a picture, create a auction on ebay.com and then buy the Sideshow Darth Vader.
